Rental rates quoted are for The Haven per week and not per person and are inclusive of all state taxes.
Rate does not include pool heat, hot tub heat or security deposit. It is recommended that between October and April pool heating is used.
A 20% deposit is required at time of Booking to secure required dates

SECURITY DEPOSIT £200/$300 REFUNDABLE SUBJECT TO T&Cs
For stays of 5 nights or less a cleaning charge of £60/$90 will be added
